01. Why collaborate with IBIMA?
La Andalusian Public Foundation for Research in Malaga in Biomedicine and Health (FIMABIS), as a non-profit entity, hosted by the Law 49/2002, of December 23, on the tax regime of non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage , manages all the contributions made for the research of the Biomedical Research Institute of Malaga (IBIMA ).
Research is essential to improve the health, well-being and quality of life of patients. The translation of research results means that better diagnostic tools and more accessible treatments are available to citizens. The economic contribution can come not only from the citizen, but also from companies or institutions committed to the commitment to improve biomedical research and the transfer of its results to clinical practice.
Financial contributions can offer researchers new ways of financing to carry out their projects that allow improvements in scientific knowledge, translating into an efficient applicability in clinical practice that improves current procedures in a clear bet for the future.
Remember that, thanks to the financial support of companies, institutions and citizens, many of the ideas and projects of our researchers can be substantially reflected in improvements in the quality of care for patients and their families.
