Through this form, IBIMA makes available to the Institute staff or any other interested person or entity, a means to present complaints, suggestions, incidents, non-conformities or other communication. This information will allow actions to be taken for the continuous improvement of the Institute’s activity. All requests received through this means will be studied by the Institute’s quality manager, who will send them to the appropriate instance and will ensure that they are answered, as long as the scope of the question is within the scope of the Institute’s powers.
