Esta prioridad estrat\u00e9gica se integra en la pol\u00edtica institucional de recursos humanos y en el Plan Estra<span style=\"color: #666666;\">t\u00e9gico del instituto, reconociendo que la presencia equilibrada de g\u00e9nero en los equipos de investigaci\u00f3n y la incorpor<\/span>aci\u00f3n de la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero en la ciencia mejoran cualitativa y cuantitativamente los resultados cient\u00edficos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La elaboraci\u00f3n de este plan se basa en un an\u00e1lisis exhaustivo para detectar desigualdades y discriminaciones, adoptando medidas correctoras que garanticen la igualdad en el acceso, la contrataci\u00f3n, la formaci\u00f3n, la retribuci\u00f3n, la conciliaci\u00f3n, la salud laboral y otros \u00e1mbitos. Estos principios se implementar\u00e1n mediante el desarrollo de un Plan de Igualdad con sistemas de seguimiento que promuevan mejoras continuas y contribuyan a alcanzar la igualdad real tanto dentro de la instituci\u00f3n como en la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este espacio, compartiremos los recursos y las acciones del instituto en el marco de nuestro compromiso con la igualdad.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243;
