Doctora por la Universidad de M\u00e1laga desde 1996. Su trayectoria cient\u00edfica se centra en el estudio de los factores psicol\u00f3gicos implicados en el dolor cr\u00f3nico y su impacto en la adaptaci\u00f3n, la discapacidad y la calidad de vida.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"1007\">Tambi\u00e9n es Investigadora Responsable del grupo PAIDI HUM-566 y del grupo C-11 de IBIMA. Grupos dedicados al an\u00e1lisis de la vulnerabilidad, la resiliencia y los estilos de afrontamiento en pacientes con dolor cr\u00f3nico, con claras implicaciones para el dise\u00f1o de intervenciones psicol\u00f3gicas basadas en la evidencia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1333\">Adem\u00e1s, ha sido investigadora principal de m\u00faltiples proyectos competitivos nacionales y auton\u00f3micos financiados por el Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovaci\u00f3n y la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda. Proyectos centrados en la cronificaci\u00f3n del dolor, el miedo al dolor, el abuso de opioides prescritos y los modelos motivacionales de adaptaci\u00f3n al dolor cr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1668\">Cuenta con una amplia producci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica en revistas internacionales de alto impacto en el \u00e1mbito de la psicolog\u00eda de la salud, el dolor cr\u00f3nico y la psicotraumatolog\u00eda. Es revisora habitual para revistas cient\u00edficas internacionales y evaluadora experta para agencias nacionales e internacionales de financiaci\u00f3n en investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"1999\">Desarrolla una intensa labor docente en grado, m\u00e1ster y doctorado en la Facultad de Psicolog\u00eda y Logopedia de la Universidad de M\u00e1laga, con especial dedicaci\u00f3n a la formaci\u00f3n de investigadores j\u00f3venes en el \u00e1mbito del dolor cr\u00f3nico.
