Cuenta con formaci\u00f3n avanzada en estad\u00edstica aplicada, econom\u00eda de la salud, uso racional del medicamento y gesti\u00f3n sanitaria.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"844\" data-end=\"1126\">Acumula m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os de experiencia profesional y dispone de acreditaci\u00f3n excelente por la Agencia de Calidad Sanitaria de Andaluc\u00eda. Est\u00e1 acreditado en pr\u00e1ctica avanzada para el seguimiento del tratamiento anticoagulante oral y prescripci\u00f3n independiente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1128\" data-end=\"1460\">Su trayectoria investigadora supera los 20 a\u00f1os, con 7 proyectos con financiaci\u00f3n competitiva (3 como IP y 1 como codirector) y 1 patente derivada de resultados de investigaci\u00f3n. Es autor de m\u00e1s de 70 publicaciones cient\u00edficas (incluyendo 15 JCR), m\u00e1s de 50 cap\u00edtulos de libro y 5 libros como editor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1462\" data-end=\"1868\">Sus l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n incluyen seguridad cl\u00ednica, preanal\u00edtica, ahorro de sangre, anticoagulaci\u00f3n oral y enfermer\u00eda, y calidad en el laboratorio. Es revisor de revistas nacionales e internacionales y miembro del consejo editorial de <em data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1744\">Evidentia<\/em>. Act\u00faa como evaluador de proyectos competitivos (FIS, Fundaci\u00f3n Progreso y Salud, SERGAS y Servicio C\u00e1ntabro de Salud).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1870\" data-end=\"2216\">Ha formado parte del Comit\u00e9 de \u00c9tica del <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Virgen de la Victoria University Hospital<\/span><\/span> (vicepresidente y presidente en funciones) y del Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico Asesor para la renovaci\u00f3n de manuales de acreditaci\u00f3n del laboratorio cl\u00ednico de la Agencia de Calidad Sanitaria de Andaluc\u00eda. Es vocal de la Sociedad Andaluza de Calidad Asistencial.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2218\" data-end=\"2516\">Mantiene vinculaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica con las Universidades de M\u00e1laga y Huelva, ha dirigido tesis doctorales y participa en tribunales.
