La Comisi\u00f3n Europea reconoci\u00f3 el esfuerzo e inter\u00e9s del IBIMA Plataforma BIONAND para el desarrollo de esta pol\u00edtica y estrategia con la <strong>concesi\u00f3n del sello<\/strong> \u201cHR Excellence in Research\u201d en <strong>2017<\/strong>. Durante los siguientes dos a\u00f1os (2018-2019) <strong>IBIMA Plataforma BIONAND trabaj\u00f3 en la implementaci\u00f3n de su primer Plan de Acci\u00f3n<\/strong>, En 2019 se realiz\u00f3 una autoevaluaci\u00f3n interna y una actualizaci\u00f3n del plan de acci\u00f3n con nuevas acciones propuestas y con el feedback de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea para continuar con su implementaci\u00f3n durante los siguientes 3 a\u00f1os (2019-2022).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con objeto de <strong>renovar el reconocimiento \u201cHR Excellence in Research\u201d<\/strong>, en\u00a0<strong>2023<\/strong> el Instituto recibi\u00f3 la visita de los asesores europeos que valoraron la implementaci\u00f3n realizada y las futuras acciones a implementar, otorgando la tiene como objeto reflejar las directrices a seguir para conseguir que el personal se implique en la pol\u00edtica de prevenci\u00f3n de la entidad y desarrollar una gesti\u00f3n de la prevenci\u00f3n estructura organizativa, las responsabilidades, las funciones, las pr\u00e1cticas, los procedimientos, los procesos y los recursos necesarios para las implantaci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n de la prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se presenta a continuaci\u00f3n la relaci\u00f3n de funciones y responsabilidades en materia preventiva recogidas en el Plan, que se deber\u00e1 aplicar y requerir en el \u00e1mbito de la competencia de cada uno de los trabajadores, as\u00ed como la pol\u00edtica preventiva del Instituto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En todo caso, cualquier incidencia que le impida ejercer las funciones comunicadas o asumir las responsabilidades que dichas funciones
