Cuenta con una amplia trayectoria acad\u00e9mica, cl\u00ednica e investigadora centrada en la <strong data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"733\">cronicidad<\/strong>, la <strong data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"753\">dependencia<\/strong>, los <strong data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"789\">cuidados de larga duraci\u00f3n<\/strong> y la <strong data-start=\"795\" data-end=\"833\">evaluaci\u00f3n de servicios sanitarios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"1236\">Su actividad investigadora se orienta al estudio de <strong data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"932\">modelos de atenci\u00f3n a pacientes cr\u00f3nicos<\/strong>, la <strong data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"976\">calidad y seguridad de los cuidados<\/strong>, la <strong data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1008\">continuidad asistencial<\/strong>, la <strong data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1035\">atenci\u00f3n integrada<\/strong> y la <strong data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1095\">toma de decisiones cl\u00ednicas basada en la evidencia<\/strong>. Ha liderado proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n competitivos a nivel nacional e internacional en el \u00e1mbito de los cuidados y los servicios de salud.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1626\">Cuenta con una s\u00f3lida producci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica en revistas internacionales de alto impacto. Participa activamente en redes y consorcios de investigaci\u00f3n relacionados con la cronicidad, los cuidados y la organizaci\u00f3n de sistemas sanitarios. Su trabajo ha contribuido a la <strong data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1539\">mejora de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas<\/strong>, la <strong data-start=\"1544\" data-end=\"1583\">optimizaci\u00f3n de la pr\u00e1ctica cl\u00ednica<\/strong> y la <strong data-start=\"1589\" data-end=\"1616\">innovaci\u00f3n organizativa<\/strong> en salud.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1918\">Desarrolla adem\u00e1s una intensa labor docente y formativa. Participa en programas de grado y posgrado, as\u00ed como en la supervisi\u00f3n de trabajos acad\u00e9micos y tesis doctorales.
