Este hallazgo, publicado en la revista <em>International Journal of Pharmaceutics<\/em>, representa un avance significativo en la liberaci\u00f3n sostenida y controlada de f\u00e1rmacos, abriendo nuevas posibilidades para la mejora de tratamientos m\u00e9dicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Un nuevo enfoque para la administraci\u00f3n de f\u00e1rmacos<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los parches de microagujas solubles son una tecnolog\u00eda emergente que permite la administraci\u00f3n de f\u00e1rmacos a trav\u00e9s de la piel sin causar dolor ni requerir agujas hipod\u00e9rmicas tradicionales. \u00abNuestro estudio demuestra que es posible integrar nanopart\u00edculas de s\u00edlice mesoporosa en estas microagujas, permitiendo una liberaci\u00f3n precisa y sostenida de los principios activos\u00bb, explica el Dr. Juan Luis Paris, investigador principal del proyecto en IBIMA Plataforma BIONAND; adem\u00e1s de integrante del grupo de investigaci\u00f3n sobre Enfermedades Al\u00e9rgicas a F\u00e1rmacos y Al\u00e9rgenos que lideran Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Torres Ja\u00e9n y Cristobalina Mayorga Mayorga. \u00abEste avance podr\u00eda tener implicaciones directas en tratamientos dermatol\u00f3gicos, vacunas y administraci\u00f3n de terapias personalizadas\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Resultados clave del estudio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El equipo de investigaci\u00f3n desarroll\u00f3 un nuevo m\u00e9todo para la fabricaci\u00f3n de parches de microagujas solubles que contienen aproximadamente 2,3 mg de nanopart\u00edculas de s\u00edlice mesoporosa de distintos tama\u00f1os de poro.
