01. Neuroinflammation and glial response in Alzheimer’s disease.

02. Deciphering of new pathogenic mechanisms (approaches) involved in Alzheimer’s disease that allow for greater success in the translation of results to clinical practice. Identification of biomarkers and therapeutic targets.

03. Development of new animal models of Alzheimer’s disease that better represent patients’ pathologies. Preclinical studies on new therapeutic strategies.

04. Development of in vitro models of Alzheimer’s disease through the use of iPSC cells derived from patients. Study of pathogenic mechanisms and evaluation of new drugs.
