The Innovation and Technology Transfer Office is part of the Technology Transfer Office of the Andalusian Public Health System (OTT-SSPA). It is an initiative of the Regional Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs, dedicated to the protection and commercialization of the technologies developed by the professionals of the Andalusian Public Health System. The OTT-SSPA coordinates the transfer of research results from seven offices distributed in the Research Management Foundations.

ITEMAS is one of the platforms of the Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) that supports R&D&I in Biomedicine and Health Sciences, being a reference network that promotes innovation in the health field at national and international level. The Innovation and Technology Transfer Office is part of ITEMAS, collaborating in promoting the transfer of knowledge and technologies from research to clinical practice. Through this collaboration, we strengthen our capabilities in innovation management, facilitating the arrival of new technological solutions to the healthcare system.

The Málaga TechPark is a benchmark for innovation and technology in the region, offering a dynamic environment for collaboration between companies, institutions and research centers. IBIMA Plataforma BIONAND benefits from its cutting-edge ecosystem, facilitating the development and transfer of innovative solutions in the field of biomedicine and nanomedicine. The proximity to the Malaga TechPark allows for the promotion of collaborative projects that accelerate the arrival of new technologies to the market.
