IBIMA's own BIONAND Platform Plan aims to encourage and promote the mobility of young medical specialists, pre-doctoral researchers, post-doctoral researchers, emerging researchers, other researchers, doctors and nursing staff for mobility stays in order to allow the updating of knowledge or the learning of new techniques and methods for research, improving its competitiveness, enabling new academic links and strengthening existing ones, positioning the Institute at the forefront internationally as a generator and generator of talent.
