04.Improvement of healthcare effectiveness in individuals with chronic disease and their caregivers (methods and instruments for evidence-based healthcare, design and implementation of clinical practice guidelines)
05.The spectrum encompasses interventions and care models for individuals with type II diabetes mellitus, acute stroke, dementia, multimorbidity, severe mental illness, and institutionalised individuals; the prevention of adverse events in this population; the development and analysis of services for individuals with multimorbidity (case management, transitional care, etc.); and the health impacts of the role of caregiving in family members of these patients in the medium- and long-term, among other aspects
